Advantages:

Просторная, чистая квартира. Всё что нужно для проживания, спасибо. Минимализм по мебели это прекрасно. Рядом много магазинов - это очень удобно и в принципе много мест, где можно просто посидеть спокойно в тишине погулять. Спасибо) очень не хотелось уезжать.
